Where are your products made?
Every single one of our bow ties, neckties, and accessories is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Middlebury, Vermont workshop.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Can I request a custom order for a wedding or event?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom wedding parties and corporate gifts. Please contact our customer service team to discuss fabric selection and volume discounts.
How do I care for my silk bow tie?
We recommend professional dry cleaning only for our silk products. For minor wrinkles, a cool iron or light steaming is usually sufficient.
Do you offer different sizes for your bow ties?
Most of our bow ties are adjustable to fit neck sizes from 14.5 to 20 inches. We also offer 'Big & Tall' sizes and children's sizes upon request.
