At Beau Ties of Vermont, we take pride in our handcrafted quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tie or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our Vermont workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
